I cannot get this app to sync to my phone!

Version for iPhone 4S doesnt format and wont sync. Tried loading it on my 6s and the "save" button doesnt appear yielding the app useless. Needs major updates and my child is very disappointed in her Christmas present. Do not waste your time with this until they update the app over all iphone formats.

This app is horrible! It wont sync. It wont even pair with the activity tracker. What a waste for a gift that was intended to be exciting for my daughter!

I bought the "Play Like a Girls activity tracker" for my daughter and she absolutely loves it. It was easy to connect and the APP is simple and works great. Five stars all across the board!

I love this watch/app combo its perfect! Below are some tips I found that can help with some of you with issues. 1. Having a hard time syncing/pairing? Make sure when the countdown begins on the watch you double click the function button on the watch HARD and QUICKLY. (You may need to do it a few times the first time but after the first time its much easier) 2. Cant save your profile info? You need to be connected/paired to your watch in order to save the profile info. 3. Cant find the app on your iPad? You need to search for "smartfit" under "iPhone Apps" Hope this helps!

Once reading a few of the five star reviews I realized why we couldnt get the phone to sync with the watch or why the phone wasnt saving info. So happy I read the reviews so I could figure out what was wrong! Directions are awful!!!! Syncing, when count down begins push the function button. May take a few time. Only when the phone is paired can you save info!! So glad my last review didnt post because it was a 1 star review. Now that we figured it out we love this watch and app!!!! Directions need to be more clearer.

I downloaded this app wanting to set the time on my activity tracker but it wouldnt open I am trying now to get it to work.

Its not working its not letting me see any of the bars or anything so I cant she what I am Doing and I have iPhone 4 Idk if thats the problem but its annoying !!!

I bought this for my daughters birthday. I have tried to pair it with her iPod and my iPhone with no luck. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled, turned Bluetooth on and off, powered iPod off and on, called customer service where you have to leave a message, tried to email but it keeps telling me there is a problem. Looks like Ill have to take this back. I was so excited to give this to her too.

I dont get why there are so many bad reviews! Yes, the directions are a little unclear but its okay. The app worked perfectly for me, and I cant wait to truly start using the wristband today!

I have a wristband, and then band had synced no problem! No difficulties or problems at all, and I thought it was really cool using it away from home. 5 stars!
