SmartFit - Wristband App Reviews

There is not a word bad enough to describe this junky app. The wristband device works ok, but the app will not sync on my iPhone. This piece of technology is junk.....

I love the watch because it makes me work out more, but I cant challenge any of my friends.

I love this watch app!

The band will not connect to any of our devices through Bluetooth (tried iPhone 4s, iPad and iPhone 6). Followed directions. She cant even fix the time to use it as a watch. So disappointed! My daughter used her birthday money for this.

The app is simple, clear and the graph part is really useful. But this app doesnt integrate with native Health App, so its hard to keep all information collected in the same app.

So far the app is okay. However, when I try and turn on the alarms they dont stay on. Plz fix!

Doesnt work and no option to save info in profile after wasting time setting it all up. As soon as you back out it all goes back to factory presets.

The format and utilities within the app are very poor and the instructions are very basic

Nothing about this product has been easy. It didnt even have the name of the product clearly printed on anything. Took me days to figure out what even called. Had no idea how to turn on, use. Didnt know it had to b charged first to turn on. Didnt know it even came apart. App give no info either. Save your money. This thing has been such a pain you couldnt give me one for free.

This app is so incomplete that it wouldnt pass Alpha level testing, let alone Beta and yet they have it out on the market? How did it pass Apple Stores quality review?!! Doesnt even save settings as simple as the User Name and Imperial or Metric it asks for. Wont sync. Wont do anything. DELETED! Dont waste your time!

The app seemed to work just fine for the first couple of days and now that I updated to iOS 9 on my phone, it wont work. I can open the app but as soon as I press the Band key, the app force closes. I have tried reinstalling the app multiple times!!

I got my wrist band a couple days ago. It worked fantastic with the app for the first couple of days then this morning I upgraded my phone to iOS 9 and every time I try to sync my band to the app the app force closes. It is super annoying because I really liked it.

Basic functions but worked fine until iOS 9. Now I have a watch that doesnt even have the correct time on it.

With the iOS 9 this app force closes. I hope they fix the app soon.

No save on user settings with newest software update. Please fix

I wish I did not purchase the SmartFit Wristband. The app on my laptop and my mobile do not work! Particularly, I do NOT like that it is mandatory to use iTunes to download this app. Of course the app finally downloaded on my iPhone but both of the downloads are not working. Plus, I purchased the wristband for $55 duty-free while on a United Airline flight and when I landed, I learned that it does NOT have the heart beat monitor and I over paid. :-( Now, to use it I am stuck with iTunes which I try to avoid because they require your billing information to download free apps.

I wanted to get a pedometer that was moderately priced and still looked like a watch. I purchased this and have really enjoyed it the only problem was when iOS 9 came out the app was down for a while but it quickly got resolved.

The interface is good and easy, but there is no save button on user settings. Since you cant save height/weight and step length the features like distance traveled and calories burned are useless.

First tried putting on my daughters phone (iPhone 4) but could not even get the band to synch with the phone because no button showed up on the auto-update bar. Tried again with my phone (iPhone 5c) and still no luck. We got the devices to synch but no save button appears so we cannot save any of her information. Very disappointed!

This is the first review I have ever written but I cannot let this go by. This app is almost useless. Sometimes it will let you save user data and other times it wont.....It sometimes resets the user data. The slider buttons for the reminders are difficult to slide and keep there. This app needs updating bad!!! Please improve this - it should be MUCH better for a $40 kids Fitbit.
