Forced to use iTunes when downloaded
I wish I did not purchase the SmartFit Wristband. The app on my laptop and my mobile do not work! Particularly, I do NOT like that it is mandatory to use iTunes to download this app. Of course the app finally downloaded on my iPhone but both of the downloads are not working. Plus, I purchased the wristband for $55 duty-free while on a United Airline flight and when I landed, I learned that it does NOT have the heart beat monitor and I over paid. :-( Now, to use it I am stuck with iTunes which I try to avoid because they require your billing information to download free apps.
