Will not sync nor pair with IPhone!!!!!

The app is not saving at all and my justic band I kinda not working anymore just buy a fit bit plzzz

at first i installed it and it worked great but then i got the app again and it is small, it also doesn’t connect when i click on the connect button

The app would only show half the screen and I got my band from justice and it doesn’t have a function button

My screen on my phone was like someone else’s where it only allowed you to see half the page. I tried it on another device and it was still like that. I deleted the app and I redone loaded it many times. I also shut my phone down twice and it still didn’t work, my experience wasn’t that good. However it does track my steps pretty well.

Honestly?? I wish I could pair my fit bit dude fix the app I have had this watch forever and it has never been paired can somebody HELP me!!!????

Doesn’t even let you scroll down on the page and can’t get a connection! Used to be soooo much better!

The app is no longer compatible. It won’t show the full screen. You cannot scroll down, save, or more importantly connect.

I connected my band to the app and the band is saying it’s 8 in the morning and currently it’s 3 in the afternoon. I looked all over the app but it isn’t saying where I can change the time. Please help!!

I realize it was cheap. But when you can’t even download app , ridiculous.

My daughter was so excited to connect her new watch and get it customized, but we can only see half the app on my phone, leaving half the buttons unclickable. Also, it will not connect, no matter how many times we try. Please update! Otherwise, the watch is useless. It doesn’t even have the right time.

My smart App is not connect to my watch.

This app needs to be fixed. We have loaded on 2 different phones and a iPad and only part of it shows up so you can’t connect or save anything. Makes our 7 year old very sad.

As soon as I got the app it didn’t show full screen so that made me mad but then I was setting my fit bit up and it didn’t let me connect and now it won’t let me scroll down and I can’t set time getting angry pls fix this very bad issue

The smart bracelet will NOT connect to this app on either iPhone XR. Wish I would’ve looked into the app before buying the smart bracelet! I wanted to buy an inexpensive option to see if our kid would actually wear it before investing in a good FitBit, but if I can’t even get the thing to work, it’s still not worth the ~$15 we paid for it! You get what you pay for - so - DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

So I bought this as a Christmas gift & me and my daughter been trying to connect it now going on 3/4 hours. Come to find out the app is the reason why it’s not working correctly! It needs to be updated. The full screen will not display to connect and setup the watch. I’m so sad I have to return it tomorrow..!!!

Will not pair with justice watch , get to the connectivity green button , it will not allow you to press or slide it to pair , just freezes , multiple devices

Similar to others, the app doesn’t scroll and doesn’t show the whole screen. It won’t pair up with the device. Uninstalled and reinstalled twice. Rebooted the phone twice. No dice. Stay away. Last time the app was updated was 3 years ago.

This thing doesn’t work. And by this thing I mean the app. I’m not sure if the little tracker itself works yet or not because I can’t get the app to function- it’s kind of shrunk down to the lower left of my screen and I can’t get it to let me connect or do any of the stuff it’s supposed to

The App only takes up maybe 1/3 of my iPhone 10 screen! It won’t let you scroll down to see the rest of the app, therefore I cannot even connect my daughter’s Justice Watch to set the time, her personalized settings, etc! What a waste of time and money! I’ve contacted the App developers and will be contacting Justice tomorrow! What a sorry Christmas present to give her?!?!!! Fix the app!

It worked perfectly fine a few months ago but now the screen shrunk and and won’t connect to my band please download but it could happen so be aware

Can’t get it to connect my watch at all

My app is not acting well my screen is Little Hello

This app will not show the full app settings on my screen! It is minimized to 1/3 of the screen to the point where I can’t access all of the settings. I bought my daughter a Justice Active activity tracker and I can’t get the app to work to connect to the device... before you ask it’s not the device I have two. Is there any other app that’s compatible with this device or can you update the software to be compatible with the most recent iOS update? Please and thank you

I can never see the app fully. The screen is small! I hate this app. I try to connect it to my wristband but when I try to click connect it doesn’t let. WORST APP EVER! (Sorry)

The app doesn’t take up the whole screen. Navigating is an issue. If you do manage to navigate to pair device, it’s impossible to pair the new smart fit. My daughter is upset because her new device doesn’t work because the app isn’t compatible with my phone. Avoid if you have an iPhone Pro (how did this pass Apple’s approval process?)

I can only see prat of the screen like half of it and it isn’t letting me scroll down. I thought it might be my phone or maybe the app but I want to know why updating my phone screwed up the entire use of the app. Whenever I try to connect (I know it has to be at full battery which is what I did) but it doesn’t let me connect. The thing with me not being able to see more than half of the screen, I thought that maybe if I deleted it then downloaded it again then it would work. It didn’t and I know because I did four times. Please fix your app.

I got my band of justice. There are other places to get these kind of bands to but they work on a specific type of bread it’s called smart fit just like the app. This app helps you keep count of steps get the time correct and you can put alarms and challenges on it. I have found this app really good it’s also works on my band so thank you for creating this smart fit app!

How are you supposed to save things like goals and reminders. Every time I try to it won’t so please make a video about it or something like that

Hey! I can’t change the time! What!? It is supposed to be 9 but instead, it says 12pm! 😢 can you make a update or make a video on how to change the time of it?

So I got this Fitbit and every time I am trying to connect it. It does the countdown but it never connects. Like what the heck how is this easy?

The wristband and the software are both crap. The tracker is not accurate and you can’t even connect it to the app. Justice should issue a recall and give everyone their money back, but they are a crap company. This is exactly why I will never buy anything from them ever again.

For some people it’s just hard but when you get used to the app it gets easier for the people who could not do it didn’t have the urge with this app I could connect my phone and do anything and everything plus I could even reset why I’m saying is this app is great

So when I got my Fitbit from Justice (I didn’t get the one with a button) So I was pressing connect I had everything I needed on when I pressed connect it would give me a 10 sec count down after that 10 sec my Fitbit will turn off and not connect so now I’m like really frustrated I had Bluetooth on I had Auto upload on so now I’m thinking THIS IS A RIP-OFF now I’m SUPER FRUSTERATED HOW DO PEOPLE MAKE THIS LOOK EASY?!

I love my Fitbit but when we tried to get the app back on our iPad it would not load.(is it because we have iOS 11 if so please update!!!!!!!!!!)

This is a great app!I think that it be nice to have a rewards section for beating so many challenges. The rewards would be free things from Justice or coupon to use at the register. I would very much enjoy if my suggestion would be used in the app for users of the band.

It was ok but very laggy

It worked for awhile then out of nowhere it stopped charging and dies randomly. It’s it not a good product after awhile; getting a Apple Watch or Fitbit is 10x better.

I am connected to the WiFi and this stupid app doesn’t work

I can’t set it up. I had my justice Fitbit near and I did all it to do and it didn’t work and then it didn’t give me my info.

Got the tracker for my 8 year old for Christmas and it worked great until the battery drained completely now it’s stuck on sleep mood and I can’t get it to wake up so she can track her steps. Not very happy as I can’t find anywhere to trouble shoot it.

It takes a bit to actually get it to connect, and the personalization part I couldn't save the things about me but there are alarms and drink alarms that are cool and in all the app works okay

Here's how this works: Fitbit makes a great product that works and that people love. Other companies make cheap knock-off with the only goal of moving money from your pocket to theirs. This product is the later. Instructions are laughably poor. The build is poor. The unit is junk and your child will cry when their new fit bit works for a minute and then doesn't. If you want a Fitbit then buy one. Don't waste a dime on this product or company.
